Mr. Abbasi, a seasoned legal expert, specializes in Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Corporate, Banking, Arbitration, Commercial, Family, Tax, Labour, and Human Rights cases. He began his legal career in 1992 and became a High Court advocate in 1995.

In 2005, he was appointed Assistant Advocate General Punjab, representing the government in the Lahore High Court and Supreme Court. Later, as a Lahore High Court Judge, he authored 2,709 judgments, with 20 reported in legal journals.

With over 11 years as a Supreme Court advocate, Mr. Abbasi is widely respected for his legal expertise. He has contributed to the legal profession as Secretary of the Rawalpindi Bar Association and a visiting lecturer at Rawalpindi Law College.

Currently, he serves as Senior Legal Advisor at the Federal Ombudsman Office, and he is also on the legal panels of PEMRA and the National Assembly of Pakistan.
